We have carry on this project to transform this middle School into a 46-room 4 star hotel with more than 550 m2 of rooms to organise meeting, incentives and congress but also to organise internally wedding with a very high level of quality. The turnover of this asset has been double within 3 years and with a very limited CAPEX.

Our team take the hand of this two level of service asset that we split into two different assets with separate marketing & sales process. This has been particularly challenging due to the fact both hotel have a common lobby & desk!

The trust of our customer enables him to leave most of the year on the other side of the Earth. He is happy to see his hotel performing and without having to be involved anymore in his business event if he has a complete monthly report. We work to stop his restaurant and develop food service managed by the receptionists team. His Ebitda has been positive for the first time of this hotel life.
